Client Care
Warwick Wealth is client-centricity personified and every employee is required to sign and adhere to our Client Care Charter. The essence of Warwick client care is to know each client personally (not just their wealth, investments and risk profile) and to treat them fairly and ethically at all times. This means regular communication with the client, not just to review their portfolio, but to better understand them as people.
Each client is managed and cared for by a Wealth Specialist, Wealth Planner or Wealth Advisor who is qualified and authorised by the FSCA; a qualified Client Relationship Specialist who looks after the client’s day-to-day wealth, investment and financial income requirements. A Client Relationship Officer supports both.
Client liaison and client reviews are a fundamental requirement of each Wealth Specialist. In addition to the annual review of a client’s portfolio, their Will and fiduciary requirements are reviewed every three years.
Adding further gravitas and impact, Warwick has a Director of Client Care who is a highly qualified admitted attorney with many years of experience and who is responsible not only for ensuring client liaison occurs, but also deals formally with any client-related problems and their resolution.
Warwick also regularly communicates with its clients by virtue of its portfolio of publications, such as the monthly Warwick Wealth Matters, Cadiz fund news, Orion Global Review, social media posts, monthly YouTube posts and quarterly statements.
Each client is sent a personalised letter on their birthday, as well as personalised letters on key issues such as the annual national budget and its implications.
Warwick is currently launching its mobile phone client application, which, inter alia, will empower clients, facilitate even better communication and further enhance our client care services.
