The Merger Plan

Whether the Financial Advisor wishes to retire, or simply exit the industry, Warwick offers the Financial Advisor a PE of 10 on their investment annuity income. This allows the Financial Advisor to retire with a pension that lasts well beyond their own working life and in the event of death, their family continues to receive the benefits of this Merger Plan. Warwick is the perfect way for any Financial Advisor to ensure that their clients and their families are looked after. The Warwick Merger Plan creates the most value offered for any Financial Advisory business anywhere in South Africa.
The Advisory Plan
Warwick realises there are many financial advisors across South Africa who are looking to join an exciting business, yet wish to maintain their independence in terms of business ownership and client base. Warwick offers an Advisory Plan to such financial advisors, enabling them to join Warwick and run their own Warwick Franchise. This allows the Wealth Advisor to be a representative on a Warwick investment licence and thereby benefit from the superb Warwick compliance and administration structures. In this model, Wealth Advisors not only have access to the exceptional suite of Warwick Investment products, but can also offer clients Fiduciary and Estate Planning services. The Advisory Plan not only provides an exceptional income offering to the Wealth Advisor, it also incorporates a succession plan such that should the Financial Advisor become disabled, or pass away, or wish to simply exit the industry, a minimum PE of 10 of their annuity income is provided to their family.
The Intermediary Plan
Warwick knows that Financial Advisors and professionals, including tax practitioners, accountants, auditors and attorneys, require a dedicated Wealth Specialist or Planner to assist them with their clients by offering and implementing a bespoke financial plan. Warwick delivers an exceptional offering for these professionals via our industry leading Intermediary Plan. Our Intermediary Plan partners benefit from Warwick paying them an annuity income on the clients referred to us.
The Succession Plan
Warwick is proud to provide the industry leading Succession Plan to Financial Advisors throughout South Africa. Our exceptional client care approach and product offering ensures that clients are taken care of in the event of death or disability of their Financial Advisor. Warwick’s Succession Plan offering also ensures peace of mind for the Financial Advisor and their family. The Warwick Succession Plan is an industry leading offering of a PE of 5 when the Succession Plan is activated.
