Munnik sisters raise funds for SEF in memory of beloved Lynne
The unique legacy of our late beloved Lynne Munnik is being carried forward by her daughters, Julia Munnik and Alexandra Tasker, who in November are competing in the Isuzu Half Ironman Mossel Bay to raise funds for the Spirit Education Foundation (SEF). We thank you ladies and know that your Mum, our dear Lynne, would be immensely proud of your achievements and commitment to the Spirit Education Foundation.
Lynne Munnik, their vibrant, quirky and passionate mother, lost her life to cancer four years ago and nothing invigorated Lynne more than mentoring and supporting scholars through their high school journeys.
Lynn’s two daughters have decided to do this race in remembrance of their Mum and her passion for education. All proceeds raised will be donated to the Spirit Education Foundation to offer a scholarship to a worthy candidate who shows potential and a drive to succeed in high school.
The sisters’ target is R20 000 and they have a massive network and friend group, so the Spirit Education Foundation is hoping they are able to exceed their target. Go ladies!
