The Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) role services all existing clients of Warwick that form part of an allocated Wealth Specialist’s team. They provide first class service to all Warwick’s clients and as such increase the Company’s market share in the area of Assets Under Management.
These individuals build a trusting relationship with our private wealth clients, fostering confidence and goodwill with these clients thereby understanding them and meeting their needs with the products and services we offer.
Client Relationship Specialists conduct client reviews with clients in order to assess the products they currently have while assessing their current needs and making recommendations where possible. CRS’s are responsible for the attainment of a Assets Under Management (AUM) target each month as part of the Wealth Specialist’s team and are actively incentivised in this regard.
Candidates are required to have a relevant FSCA recognized qualification as well as meeting all Fit and Proper requirements thus allowing them to be added to Warwick’s FSP license.
Remuneration consists of a market competitive basic salary, monthly Deliverables bonus commensurate to their basic salary as well as an upfront fee bonus based on business that they or their team sign.
